Can I mix items from this website with my Sainsbury’s Groceries order

Unfortunately, no, we are looking into how we can do this but we are currently unable to deliver items from this website with your Sainsbury’s Groceries order.

This is due to us making the majority of these products to order and also we guarantee the items you buy, so no substitutions.

However, if you’d like to also purchase other products Sainsbury’s, you can shop from thousands of other items when you come in store to collect or by placing a grocery order to arrive at the same time.

Do you offer delivery?

Currently we are unable to deliver your order, however, you can collect from over 500 Sainsbury’s stores and with a rapid rollout plan we are adding more of our stores all the time. If delivery is something you’d like please leave us feedback using the feedback button.

What stores offer this service?

We are available in over 500 Sainsbury’s supermarkets. To find your nearest participating store please visit our Store Locator.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up until the cancelation date specified on your order confirmation email. After this time we are unable to offer a refund.

I placed my order instore can I cancel it online?

No, you will need to go back to the store to cancel your order so we can process your refund. This can only be processed during the cancelation window of your order.

Can I get a refund?

We are only able to refund your order before we start making it. After which we are not able to refund the amount paid. Please see your order email for the date and if you can cancel your order. For see full terms and conditions for more information. We will also show the date you can cancel your order up to in the checkout and order confirmation emails.

Can I amend my order once placed?

Not at the moment, we are working on this functionality. At the moment if you would like to amend your order you are able to cancel and replace it however you can only do this within your order cancelation window, which is detailed in your order confirmation email. After this time, you can’t cancel your order or get a refund as we’ve started making it. If you need help with this please contact us.

Can I earn or spend Nectar points on these orders?

You can’t earn or spend points through Sainsbury’s Select orders at the moment, but you will be able to earn and spend them when collecting your order in store. Nectar points will not be collected on your deposit.

What dates are available for collection?

Collection dates will vary based on how long it takes for us to make the items you'd like. Choose your collection date first and we will show you which products are available to collect on your chosen collection date.

Do I need to pay to click and collect?

No, all orders can click and collect for free.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, we don’t have a minimum order amount

I work for Sainsbury’s or Sainsbury’s Argos, can I use my colleague discount?

Currently you can’t use your colleague discount online but will work if orders are placed in a store at participating stores.

What time can I collect my Select order?

Orders are available for collection from 10am on your day of collection

Sunday opening hours may impact when your order is available to collect. Please check opening hours on stores.sainsburys.co.uk.

Where do I collect my Select order?

Look out for the Sainsbury's Select hanging sign in store or ask a colleague in store where to collect your order.

Can I mix my Christmas and Select items?

Yes! When you choose a collection store and date, you will see which products are available on those days. Just remember, for Christmas items you just pay a deposit (£20 or order value if less) with the remaining balance paid for on collection, and for Select orders you pay the full amount when you order. Remember, our Christmas pudding and Nectar offers apply to goods ordered from our Christmas range only.

Can I mix items from Christmas/Select Order with my Sainsbury’s Groceries order?

Currently we are unable to deliver your order, however, you can collect from over 600 Sainsbury’s supermarkets.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up until 4pm on the 16th December for your Christmas order. After this time, we are unable to offer a refund of the deposit. For full terms please see here

Can I earn or spend Nectar points on my Christmas Food to Order?

Nectar points will not be collected on the deposit. However you will collect Nectar points when you pay for your order on the day of order collection, and can also spend them, in line with the usual Nectar terms & conditions. See here for more information.

What dates are available for collection?

There are different collection slots for different stores. For your Christmas order, you can collect on the 22nd, 23rd, 24th of December.

Do I need to pay to click and collect?

No, all orders can click and collect for free.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no minimum spend. All we ask for is a deposit, which is £20 or the full value of the order (whichever is the lower), with the remainder paid in store at the time of collection.

I work for Sainsbury’s or Sainsbury’s Argos, can I use my colleague discount with Christmas Food to Order?

Colleague discount will not be awarded on the deposit. However you will be awarded discount when you pay for your order on the day of collection.
