Can I mix items from this website with my Sainsbury’s Groceries order
Unfortunately, no, we are looking into how we can do this but we are currently unable to deliver items from this website with your Sainsbury’s Groceries order.
This is due to us making the majority of these products to order and also we guarantee the items you buy, so no substitutions.
However, if you’d like to also purchase other products Sainsbury’s, you can shop from thousands of other items when you come in store to collect or by placing a grocery order to arrive at the same time.
Do you offer delivery?
Currently we are unable to deliver your order, however, you can collect from over 500 Sainsbury’s stores and with a rapid rollout plan we are adding more of our stores all the time. If delivery is something you’d like please leave us feedback using the feedback button.
What stores offer this service?
We are available in over 500 Sainsbury’s supermarkets. To find your nearest participating store please visit our Store Locator.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up until the cancelation date specified on your order confirmation email. After this time we are unable to offer a refund.

I placed my order instore can I cancel it online?
No, you will need to go back to the store to cancel your order so we can process your refund. This can only be processed during the cancelation window of your order.
Can I get a refund?
We are only able to refund your order before we start making it. After which we are not able to refund the amount paid. Please see your order email for the date and if you can cancel your order. For see full terms and conditions for more information. We will also show the date you can cancel your order up to in the checkout and order confirmation emails.
Can I amend my order once placed?
Not at the moment, we are working on this functionality. At the moment if you would like to amend your order you are able to cancel and replace it however you can only do this within your order cancelation window, which is detailed in your order confirmation email. After this time, you can’t cancel your order or get a refund as we’ve started making it. If you need help with this please contact us.
Can I earn or spend Nectar points on these orders?
We don’t currently offer Nectar on this website. However you can earn or spend on orders placed in store.
What dates are available for collection?
Dates will vary based on how long it takes for us to make the items in your order. Please see at checkout what dates will be available.
Do I need to pay to click and collect?
No, all orders can click and collect for free.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, we don’t have a minimum order amount
I work for Sainsbury’s or Sainsbury’s Argos, can I use my colleague discount?
Currently you can’t use your colleague discount online but will work if orders are placed in a store at participating stores.
